It's Time for Dodger Fan Fest!
For my second straight year, I attended Dodger Fan Fest and joined in the masses of fellow Dodger fans who were seeking autographs, getting behind the scenes access to the park, and walking on the field! Don't get me wrong, last years was great, but the fact that we were allowed on the field made this year even better!
My day started outside the left field gate, where I met up with Vin Scully and his magical voice.
Well, I kinda met up with Vin Scully...
Anyway, just before entering the stadium, I saw the Dodgers slogan for 2015 and loved it, so obviously I had to take a picture :D

Once comfortably inside the stadium, we decided to make our way to the third baseline, but thought it would be a good idea to see what time it was first.

It's always a good time for Dodger baseball, don't ya think? I know I do!
Anyway, after checking the time, we continued walking towards home plate. I stopped along the way to take a few pictures of all of the activity on the field.

All of the blue and white shows why the wave is best done at Dodger Stadium. It certainly fits the bill as far as colors are concerned.
Once we made it down to the field, we took a nice walk around the infield. I'd done this once before as a kid at Quakes Stadium, so you can imagine how thrilled I must've been to do it again, but on a major league field this time.
Filling in for Juan Uribe today. He should be back tomorrow, no worries.

After taking our turn around the bases, we took to the outfield to get in line for autographs, but first...
We were allowed on the grass!!!! Obviously I had to take a picture of that, or you wouldn't believe me, right?
Ok, over the grass, for now. Onto the autograph sessions! I was lucky enough to met former Dodger, Steve Yeager and recently acquired second baseman, and former Lancaster JetHawk, Enrique "Kike" Hernandez. My mom got to meet former Dodger, Bill Russell, and recently acquired pitcher, Chris Hatcher.

The autograph session was very fun and even allowed for me to meet some new people. Hooray for being social!
After getting autographs, a hand shake from Enrique, and a "Say hi to your mom" from Steve, I made my way over to the stage where Darwin Barney and former Quake, Joc Pederson were being interviewed.

After hearing Darwin and Joc share some memories, we headed for the food. Unfortunately, the stand we went to ran out of Dodger dogs :'(
So we skipped the food and went to go find a face painting table with a relatively short line. Yes, although I am nearly twenty, I still wanted the LA logo painted on my face... So while we waited, I decided to take yet another picture.
You'll see my magical face paint later on by the way... But first, the World Series trophy!
The last time I took a picture with this beauty was the Dodgers 50th anniversary (of being a team) game, at the Coliseum against the Boston Red Sox. One of my favorite birthday presents to this day, I just didn't know it at the time. So nice catching up with it...
And now for my absolute favorite view of the day. After taking a picture with the trophy, we went and sat behind home plate. On field level. In the seats I doubt I'll ever be able to afford...
So, my birthday is soon... Anyone want to get me these seats for a game? ;)

Now this I found absolutely amazing... It's hard to see, but the Dodgers entire 2014 schedule, from the Australia Series and beyond was hand written on the wall above the viewing window in the bullpen.
Here's that window I was just telling you about... Not a bad place to watch the game from if you ask me.
And for our final stop on the trip around Dodger Stadium, the dugout! My second visit by the way.
So. Beautiful. Can't wait to see that again, but saying Postseason 2015!

That concludes my first visit to Dodger Stadium of 2015. I already have plans to return back again, but before I say goodbye, I'd like to share with you the autographs I got.
